Students cannot access the integration, but meetings scheduled using the integration will appear to students in their bCourses calendar, where students can join.

Using the Integration  /Scheduling a Meeting

Scheduling a meeting within the integration has the same interface as scheduling a meeting directly through berkeley.zoom.us

Meeting scheduled through the integration will automatically appear on student's calendars.

Common Errors

In order to use the Zoom integration, your primary email in bCourses must match your email address in Zoom. If you have a domain email address, such as oski@law.berkeley.edu and oski@berkeley.edu, your email addresses may not match, and you may encounter a "user not found" error. If this occurs, confirm your email address in Zoom:

From https://berkeley.zoom.us/profile find your sign-in email:

Zoom sign-in email

Next, find your primary email address in bCourses:

From https://bcourses.berkeley.edu/profile/settings

Primary bCourses Email

If your sign-in email does not match your starred email address in bCourses, add your zoom email address, confirm, and star it in bCourses to make it primary.

After updating your primary email address, you should be able to access the integration.
