In April 2020 we started a list of the Zoom system and configuration changes. These are the changes that Zoom makes or the Berkeley Zoom administrator makes.

Only authenticated users can join meetings We set up a new authentication profile for the berkeley.edu domain. Per Zoom's security recommendation we removed the 'all zoom users' authentication profile. We still have 'Only authenticated users can join meetings' turned off by default for the Zoom users, but if Zoom users want to enable it for their account, they can now restrict the attendees to only those in the berkeley.edu domain. | KB article |
