How do I create and manage tasks for collaborators in Box?

Tasks are workflow steps that can be assigned to collaborators or the owner of the files to note specific actions that need to be taken.

To add, remove and otherwise modify tasks in Box:

  1. Navigate to berkeley.box.com/
  2. Click on the Continue button.
    • If prompted with the CalNet Authentication Screen, enter your CalNetID and passphrase.
  3. Navigate to the Box Knowledge Base article on Adding Comments and Tasks.
  4. Apply the procedure as applicable.
