Please note: campus technical support teams are not able to provide information about the status of your accounts until after they verify your identity. Verification requires that you show support staff a government-issued ID via Zoom.

 

What happens when student CalNet accounts are no longer active:

Active/Claimed Alumni Account Management

Alums with active CalNet accounts can log in to any campus service available to alums, such as CalNet Account Manager, bMail (not available to all alums), or the alumni directory, using their CalNet ID and passphrase.

Inactive Alumni Account Management
