As an instructor, you may monitor the response rates for the teach and course evaluations form and see how many students have been invited to access the teaching and course evaluations form and how many students have filled it out. Response rates includes numbers of students in the class, number of students that have received evaluation emails, and the percentage of students who have completed the evaluations.

  1. Click on the URL provided in the email. This URL is sent with the subject “Course Evaluations: The response rate for your course(s) is available” or go to https://course-evaluations.berkeley.edu.
  2. Select the class that you want to view response rates for.
    • You can do so for all the classes that have opted for Online Course Evaluations.
  3. Look towards the bottom of the new page for 2 tabs.
    • Click on the "Response Rate" tab.

  1. Once the tab is loaded, response data should appear.
