The following is a summary of the affiliations allowed to use the airbears2 and eduroam wireless networks offered by the University of California Berkeley. WiFi service is managed by the Network Team, affiliation membership is managed by departments and central HR. The Network team does not have the ability to modify affiliations.

If you have the proper affiliations to access these services but are unable to do so, you must submit a ticket with your local desktop support group, student IT support, or the central service desk. If you do not have the proper affiliations please speak to your manager or local human resources representative.
Access to the airbears2 and eduroam wireless networks requires an access key, it will not work with your CalNet or Active Directory cradentials. To setup, or update, your WiFi access key please visit the CalNet Access Key Management page.
