Overview
The ServiceNow 3.19.0 release is planned for January 20, 2016. This release will occur during a scheduled maintenance window.
What’s New
- Time Card
- The Time Card application will be turned on and an optional “Time worked” field added to the Incident form. This field will be used by recharge groups to track time for billing purposes. Visit the ServiceNow KB for additional documentation on the use of this feature:

- Platform
- Changed a system property to prevent Incidents, HR Cases, and tasks from being copied to sub-production instances during cloning.
- Service Request
- Disabled the “Generic Service Request” catalog item as it was not being used.
Fixes
- HR Service Automation
- Fixed an issue that caused inbound email to be routed incorrectly.
- Security
- Removed an incorrectly granted role allowing API access for licensed users.
- Fixed an issue that left the “Web form” checkbox on user records writable to licensed users.
- User Management
- Fixed an issue that caused SPA accounts to be imported as regular users from LDAP.
Known Issues

- Users are unable to view or edit the individual task_time_worked entries that roll up to a time card.
