How do I log in to a SPA Account?

The instructions below will show you how to log in to a Haas SPA or just a regular SPA account.

1. Go to gmail.com and enter the email address of the SPA account you’d like to access.
    
2. When prompted for your Calnet ID and Passphrase, enter them in the following format:
   
   Spa - account name + CalnetID (No spaces in between)  or
   
   
   
3. Some Haas SPA accounts have  “haas” at the end, so use the format below if the SPA account lives under the Haas group or try it if it doesn’t work without it.
   
   Spa - account name - haas + CalnetID (No spaces in between)
   
   
    
4. If you are prompted for the Duo 2 Step Authentication, choose the device you’d like to use for this and whether you’d like for the device to be remembered for 30 days and then click the “Send me a Push” button. 
   
   
                            
5. You will be logged in to the SPA’s email account after this.
