What happens to my Box files when I leave UC Berkeley?

Files shared, created or otherwise owned by your UC Berkeley Box account are available as long as your CalNetID is active.

Before expiration of ones CalNetID:
  • Ownership of departmental files should be changed.
  • Personal files should be downloaded to a personal computer or ownership changed to a personal Box account.
