As an instructor, you may monitor the response rate for your course evaluation(s). Response rate monitoring includes the number of students that have been invited to complete an evaluation, the total number of students who have submitted their evaluation, and the percentage of completed evaluations.

Response Rate Dashboard

The Response Rate Dashboard includes the response rate and ratio, as well as various other information one may be interested in. It can be accessed at this link.

Monitor Individual Response Rates in Real-Time

From Your Email

  1. You can access your real-time response rate(s) through the URL provided in the email notification that evaluations have opened to students. This email will have the subject “Course Evaluations: The response rate for your course(s) is available”.

From Subject Management

  1. Go to course-evaluations.berkeley.edu and login with your CalNet ID.
  2. At the top of your Homepage click on "Subject Management"
  3. Through Subject Management you can filter and sort your evaluations as needed and view all individual response rates and deadlines

From Your Task List

  1. Go to course-evaluations.berkeley.edu and login with your CalNet ID.
  2. Under Tasks, click on the task "View and manage questionnaire settings for COURSE".
    • You can do this for each course being evaluated

  3. View the response rate and ratio.
