Introduction
You can embed a YouTube video using the Embed Kaltura Media function in the Rich Content Editor, as long as the YouTube video is public. This article assumes you have not previously added the video to your My Media; if you have already added the video, you can instead follow the instructions in How do I embed Kaltura media in bCourses using the Rich Content Editor?.
Instructions
- With the Rich Content Editor open, select Embed Kaltura Media.
- Select Add New, and then select YouTube.
- Paste the YouTube video URL in the textbox under "Video Page Link (or Content ID)".
- Select the Preview button to preview the video. (You must do this to continue.)
- Select "Save and Embed".
The YouTube video will be embedded in the page you are editing.You can continue to edit the page.
