Occassionally in bMail, legitimate mail will be marked as spam thus it a best practice that the mail in the Spam folder is periodically checked for legitimate mail.
To open / check the bMail spam folder:
- Navigate to bmail.berkeley.edu/
- If prompted by the CalNet Authentication Screen, log in with your CalNetID and passphrase.
- From within your bMail inbox, click on More option in the lower portion of the left hand panel.
- Click on the Spam folder.
- Note if any legitimate mail is visible
- Mark the check boxes to the immediate left of any legitimate mail
- Click on the Not spam button in the top left of this pane.
Mail sent from these addresses should no longer be marked as spam and arrive into the inbox as per normal.
