The Berkeley IT Recharge Billing Team is in the process of replacing its recharge billing application with a more robust alternative which is tightly integrated with the ServiceNow Telecom Catalog (TelCat). Our goal is to make this transition seamless for you, our recharge billing customers. The actual ordering, journal billing, and recharge review process in CalAnswers will not change and no action will be required on your part.

2/20/2024: A Knowledge Base Article was written for Recharge in TelCat FAQs
3/37/2024: A Knowledge Base Article was sent out providing a March Update on Transitioning to upgraded recharge billing in 2024
