bCourses Course Evaluations Integration

All bCourses course sites have a Course Evaluations integration that can be enabled. If the integration is enabled students can use it to access their course evaluations through bCourses.

How to Enable the Integration

The integration is disabled by default, so you'll need to enable it in your course site.

  1. Go to Settings, then the Navigation tab.
  2. Enable the integration.

  3. Save.

How to Use the Integration

Once the integration is enabled a Course Evaluations link will appear in the course navigation of your course site and students will be able to access it.

Before Evaluations Open

Before evaluations open, students will either see the message "You do not have access to any evaluations at this time." or the error "Internal Server Error: Missing User ID". This is to be expected and does not indicate an issue with the course evaluations system (unless a student is seeing either of these messages when evaluations are open).

After Evaluations Open

Once evaluations are open to students they can use the Course Evaluations link to view and access all of their open evaluations.

Haas Evaluations

Haas evaluations will not appear in the bCourses integration. If students are expecting to see, or trying to complete, evaluations for Haas courses they should go to course-evaluations.berkeley.edu.


As always, students can complete their evaluations by using the link in their email or by going to course-evaluations.berkeley.edu.
