Account holders can purchase Zoom Webinars to provide a robust platform for hosting large-scale virtual presentations with up to 10,000 attendees. 

Features include Q&A, attendee registration, and webinar reporting. Priced at options for 500; 1,000; 3,000; 5,000; and 10,000 participants.

Host seamless hybrid meetings in a dedicated space

Account holders can purchase a Zoom Room, a videoconferencing solution designed to integrate with physical meeting spaces; ideal for hybrid meetings. 

Features include seamless video and audio conferencing capabilities, screen sharing, and room management features.

Add toll-free dial-in to meetings and webinars

Account holders can purchase Zoom Plus, an add-on service for Zoom Meetings and Webinars, which provides toll-free dial-in options. 

This feature enhances accessibility; it is ideal for participants who may not have reliable internet access.

Host HIPAA-compliant meetings

Account holders can add a HIPAA-Compliant Zoom account to conduct confidential online Zoom meetings such as medical/telehealth appointments, confidential HR meetings, or confidential research studies.

The University and Zoom have signed a Business Associate Agreement to protect the confidentiality of the HIPAA-compliant Zoom sessions.

Borrow a Zoom Webinars or Large Meetings license

Eligible account holders who have already purchased a Zoom Webinars or Large Meetings license, but are waiting for their account to be assigned a license, can request to borrow the Shared Webinar and Large Meeting Service for one-time events.

Create Zoom meetings from Google Calendar

Individuals can install the Zoom for Google Workspace add-on to integrate Zoom with your Google Calendar, allowing you to create and add a Zoom link directly from your calendar invite.
