A knowledge base article about Why are my CalShare notifications being flagged as SPAM? provided by the UC Berkeley IT Service Hub - Knowledge Portal
There is an ongoing issue with CalShare notifications being flagged as SPAM due to SharePoint Online using the single address no-reply@sharepointonline.com to send notifications for all O365 tenants across the world. This address has been used for repeated phishing, so it’s developed a poor reputation from email service providers.
CalShare collaborators may receive warning banners in their bMail such as:

Current work-around
If receiving SharePoint email notifications is critical to your work, as a work-around, you can add a Gmail filter to ensure messages from no-reply@sharepointonline.com are delivered to your Inbox and not Spam.
- Go to: Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses
- Scroll to bottom and click "Create a new filter"
- For "From" insert "no-reply@sharepointonline.com"
- Click "Create filter"
- Check "Never send it to Spam"
- Click "Create filter"
You will now see a new filter showing:
Matches: from:(no-reply@sharepointonline.com)
Do this: Never send it to Spam
Note: If you decide to set a filter, please be especially cautious and alert about phishing attempts coming from that address.
