When do I enter a Demand?  

  1. As soon as we start talking about an idea or need
    1. Example: New policy came from People and Culture that if an employee works 3 or more days remotely they may not have a dedicated desk. Look at the implications for phone line. 
  2. If it is an escalation to higher leadership level
    1. Example: Optometry has escalated to leadership a need for more attention regarding their ACD
  3. When it comes out of a retrospective
    1. Example: Create new processes to communicate better during projects
