When do I enter a Demand?
- As soon as we start talking about an idea or need
- Example: New policy came from People and Culture that if an employee works 3 or more days remotely they may not have a dedicated desk. Look at the implications for phone line.
- If it is an escalation to higher leadership level
- Example: Optometry has escalated to leadership a need for more attention regarding their ACD
- When it comes out of a retrospective
- Example: Create new processes to communicate better during projects
