Avaya Workplace accounts are associated with an individual.  One individual can have one and only one Avaya Workplace associated with their Berkeley account.  When you add Avaya Workplace to your phone number, that phone number will ring in your Avaya Workplace software on your device.

What if I want multiple phone numbers to ring on Avaya Workplace?

For those Avaya digital sets that already have multiple phone number appearances on the physical phone set, these numbers will appear in your Avaya Workplace account too, after you set up Avaya Workplace on your primary line.  This will allow all phone numbers that ring on your physical set to also ring on the device where you are using Avaya Workplace.

If you would like to have an additional phone number ring on the device where you are using Avaya Workplace, please submit a Change request to add another bridged line to your account.
