There are standard polices in place that get applied to all subscriptions. This may prevent you from creating new resources or services. You can send a request to cloud-ticket@berkeley.edu if you receive this type or error message. Include the subscription name or subscription ID, a description of what you are trying to do, and the name of a resource group we can use to assign a policy exception. Exceptions to a policy will be given on a case by case basis.
