Benefits of VOIP Softphone

Why is this changing?

As we continue evolving and improving campus technology, we aim to gradually migrate from desk phones to “soft” phones for customers who prefer them and to migrate from analog to digital voice services. These changes will improve service reliability by leveraging existing campus infrastructure and reducing dependencies on obsolete, failure-prone vendor technologies.
