Reviewing ReadyTalk Accounts
To access your department's Services log-in to the telecom catalog (@ ucb.service-now.com) and click to expand the 'Manage My Dept's Services' menu section on the left-hand menu. Then click the 'View My Dept's Services' menu item to see all active services to the departments you have access to in the Telecom Catalog:
To narrow down the report to only look at ReadyTalk Conference Services, type 'conference' in the Service Type field and press enter:
To download this report, you can right click on the header and select 'Export' -> 'Excel (.xlsx):
NOTE:
If you get a 'No Records to Display' screen when running the 'View My Dept's Services' page, then you do not have permissions to view any department services in the Telecom catalog. To find out who can view your department services, click the 'Access Rights Administrators' link (just below the 'View My Dept's Services' link) and search on the department code you want to review and reach out to one of those designated Access Rights Administrators:
