Dear Voice Service User:

As previously announced, the new Cal Voicemail System will go into effect on June 26.

If you use a campus phone (landline) or Avaya Workplace VoIP, accessing your voicemail is integrated with the voicemail software. Please download the new Voicemail user guide or the ADA guide for your reference. It shows step-by-step instructions with visuals on how to use your new Cal Voicemail System. Avaya Workplace users will continue to click on the red voicemail indicator icon in the application and enter their voicemail password.

Please follow these steps to access your voicemail:

Dial 6-2626 to access the voicemail system if you use a landline on campus; otherwise, dial 510-666-2626 if off campus.
Enter your mailbox number (the last 5 digits of your phone number).
Enter the temporary password or pass code (to be provided, not case sensitive).
Listen to the brief subscriber tutorial to help you navigate through the voicemail system.
