Upgraded Voicemail System Coming in June

Dear Voice Service User:

We are pleased to announce a planned migration of our voicemail system designed to enhance the reliability of voice services. This update will transition from our existing AVST system to the Avaya Voicemail platform, allowing us to significantly reduce overall costs for this service while maintaining the quality our customers expect.

How you access your voicemail will remain the same, but new instructions on how to operate your voicemail features will be sent in the coming weeks as we move closer to the rollout of the new system in June.  

 

Benefits

• This upgrade will be included as part of your existing voice services at no additional cost.

• Your existing recorded voicemail greeting will automatically be migrated to the new system, eliminating the need for you to re-record it.

• Your messages will remain secure, with password protection. To ensure the security of your messages, you will need to change your voicemail password when the new system goes live.

• The features you are accustomed to will be available in the new voicemail system. This includes notifications of messages being sent to your email account.

• If you use our VoIP soft phone, VoIP desk phone, or Digital desk phone service, it will seamlessly integrate with the new voicemail system, allowing you to retrieve messages effortlessly. Simply press the voicemail button, and you will be prompted to provide your password to access your messages.
