Updates to Video Enhancements for Telecom Catalog

 

 

Dear Telecom Customers,

Good news!  We have added more quick videos to our voice and data network services that describe how to submit a service request and walk through our ordering process for each service! 

To view a video for a service, start by clicking on the Service Catalog link below:

Service Catalog

• Select a service category (e.g. Cellular Services and Equipment).
• Click on the ‘preview’ link for an Item (e.g. Add New Cellular Device and Plan).
• The ‘quick video’ link for each Item can be found in the middle of its preview section.
• Quick video links can also be found at the top of an Item Request Form. Click on the link to the Item (e.g. Add New Cellular Device and Plan), and the ‘quick video’ link will be at the top of the Item request form.
