Four Easy Steps for Requesting UC Backup Service

 

  1. Select UC Backup service in the Service Catalog.
  2. Fill out the request form
  3. Edit Cart and Check Out
  4. Place your order

 

 

Step 1 Select UC Backup service in the Service Catalog

 

 

Step 2:  Fill out all required fields on the request service form. When finished, click on “Order Now” to add your item to the cart.  

 

 

 

Step 3: On the Add to Cart page you can edit or delete items in your cart, add more items to your cart by clicking on ‘continue shopping’ or ‘checkout’ to submit your request.

 

Step 4: After checking out, you will be taken to the Order Status page where you can see the Stage of delivery of your request.

 

If you want to see all of the items for your request, click on the  request(REQ) number to open the request.  Your items will be listed at the bottom of the request page.
