Problems:
The training gets stuck on the same slide and will not advance. After stopping and resuming, or restarting the training, it still gets stuck on the same slide.
The UC Learning site is "Loading" for an unreasonably long time
UC Learning states that it is temporarily unavailable.
Possible workarounds:
* Clear the cache of your browser

* Use a different browser or an incognito window
