To disconnect a Zoom Add_On Service go to the Telecom Catalog and follow the path below:
Service Catalog > Voice Services > Change an Existing Voice Service.
Enter the full Zoom email address in the service ID field and select the service.
"IMPORTANT STEP"
In the comments box labeled
"Please enter a full description of the changes you are requesting"
Be sure to state you are ONLY disconnecting the add on service and please provide the add on service TYPE to be disconnected.
