How to find AWP on computer

  1. Select the Windows Icon in the lower left of your computer

  1. Select the Avaya IX Workplace Icon
    1. (Note: if there is not an icon, the program did not download correctly, please have IT Desktop install program)
    2. After selecting the Avaya IX Workplace Icon the application will launch
