Upgrade an Existing Cellular Device or Plan

Use the Apply an Upgrade to your Cellular Device or Plan form to:

• Purchase a new device for an existing cellular service
  
• Change the device for an existing cellular service
  • Must provide the IMEI and ICCID numbers (or EID for eSIM activation) for the device you wish to activate
    
• Change an existing cellular plan
• Add or Remove features
• Change carrier
