Upgraded Voicemail System Effective July 11

Dear Voice Service User:

This is your final reminder that the new Cal Voicemail System will go into effect on July 11 (not June 26 as previously announced).

To ensure that you are prepared for the transition, download the new Voicemail quick reference card or the ADA guide, which shows step-by-step instructions with visuals to help you navigate the Voicemail System. If you use a campus landline phone, accessing your voicemail is integrated with the device. Avaya Workplace users will continue to click on the red voicemail indicator icon in the application. 

Ways to access your voicemail box:

• Call in access to your new voicemail box
• Web access to your voicemail box
• Access to your old voicemail box

Please note: No messages from your old mailbox will be moved to your new mailbox. We will keep the old system online for one month before retiring it during this transition.
