Getting Your Order Processed Quickly
A delay in getting your order most likely results from either selecting the order form or a delay in approval. Below are instructions for:
· How to Select the Right Form
· Two Ways to Approve or Reject an Item
· A video link describing how to find a specific requested item number (RITM#)
How to Select the Right Form
Use these steps to determine the right form to insure your order is processed in the quickest possible time:
1. Go to http://tc.berkeley.edu/
2. Scroll down and click the Go to the Telecom Catalog button.
3. Login with your Calnet ID and passphrase.
4. Click Service Catalog.
5. Review your choices:

Service Order Form

Add Cellular Phone
|
Request a new cellular phone or calling plan.
|

Add Pager Service
|
Order a pager.
|
|
Add Other Mobile Devices
|
Request an iPad, pager or tablet.

Add Both Desktop Telephone and Line
|
Order a new desktop telephone line and phone.
|
|
Add Desktop Line Only
|
If you already have a UCB-purchased phone which you will use with a new line.

Add Other Voice Services
|
Request other voice services such as Elevator phones, Radios, 1 MBs, Public Wall/Lobby Phone, BluLight Phones, Authorization Codes, Emergency Phones, Call Router ACD, ISDN, Circuits, Key Systems, Pay Phones, and Voice Mail Extensions.

Add ReadyTalk Conferencing Service
|
Signup for a new ReadyTalk, on-demand conferencing account.
|
|
Voice Project Request
|
Create a voice project (more than 30 items of the same type).
|
|
Change Service
|
Describe how you want your existing phone or voicemail features, mobile voice, text, and/or data plan service to be changed.
|
|
Move Service
|
Relocate a phone number and its line from one physical location to another.
|
|
Disconnect Service (Delete)
|
Disconnect any service.
|
|
Change Funding on Service—Individual
|
Change the funding associated with one or more individual services.
|
|
Change Funding on Service—Mass
|
Change funding for lots of line items.
|
|
Change Name on Service
|
Update the ownership of a service.
|
Two Ways to Approve or Reject an Item
You can approve or reject an item from the email sent to you or follow these instructions:
1. Go to http://tc.berkeley.edu/
2. Scroll down and click the Go to the Telecom Catalog button.
3. Login with your Calnet ID and passphrase.
4. Look to the left and click My Approvals from the left navigation bar.
5. Find your Requested Item Number (RITM#). (See the video link below to learn how to find a specific requested item number.)
6. On the Approval page, click Approve or Reject on the title bar.
7. An email is sent to the contacts and approver letting them know this requested item is approved or rejected.
