Telecom Catalog work 2/19 through 2/22

Part of the Telecom Catalog will be upgraded starting on February 19th and continuing through February 22nd.

 

During this 4-day upgrade window, work on your service requests will continue as normal.  You will still be able to submit service requests, view service requests, and manage your department authorizations.  You will be able to review your department’s services as they were on Sunday, February 18th, but the list of services will remain static during the upgrade.

 

You will not be able to submit Funding or Name changes during the upgrade.

 

The system will be fully operational again on Friday, February 23, 2018.
