Qualtrics eligibility is determined by affiliation. Current students, faculty, and staff are eligible for Qualtrics access.
If you receive an error - “User account is disabled” email qualtrics@berkeley.edu and provide a link to the URL you use to access qualtrics - i.e. berkeley.qualtrics.com or calberkeley.qualtrics.com.
We will check your eligibility as well as your last login date. We have a security policy in place that deactivates accounts that have been inactive for a year. Your surveys still exist in your account and we will promptly reactivate your account if you are eligible.
