How to save or archive material from SuiteC

This guide will show how students or instructors can archive assets from SuiteC:

 Archiving items from the Asset Library

To archive an item in the Asset Library:

  1. Navigate to the Asset Library in your bCourses site
  2. Click to open the asset you wish to archive/save
  3. Select the “Download” button from the menu in the top-right corner

 

Archiving Whiteboards

To archive a Whiteboard:

  1. Navigate to the Whiteboards tool in your bCourses site
  2. Click to open the Whiteboard you wish to archive/save
  3. Select the download icon from the menu at the bottom of the whiteboard
  4. Select “Download as image”
