The ServiceNow team's Service Offerings include application support, custom application development, integrations, business process mapping, migration, and consultation. Our mission is to facilitate transformative service delivery at UC Berkeley using ServiceNow. By unifying service delivery efforts at UC Berkeley within an industry-leading platform, campus customers will receive a measurably better experience with decreased overall costs.   3. Requesting voice, data network, and cellular services through the Telecom Catalog
    1. Telecom Service Catalog, Service Request, and Service Request fulfillment
    2. Telecom Projects
    3. Campus customer portal to view the services recharged to their department(s)
    4. Accurate location tracking for e911
    5. bIT Recharge Service Offering tracking/inventory
    6. Recharge billing for most bIT Service Offerings
    7. Data Network infrastructure tracking: cables, switches, ports, fiber, dark fiber, antenna sites, etc.
