ServiceNow Release Notes

These release notes provide a preview of planned updates and enhancements targeted for an upcoming release. All items are subject to change.

ITSM

Catalog Tasks. The Request Item field and Active checkbox on Catalog Tasks were changed to read-only to help preserve data integrity and reduce unintended updates.  

Change Management. The Outage tab was added to Change records. There are plans to further integrate Outage records into the Change Management process. 

Service Operations Workspace. Configuration work has begun on the Incident record within Service Operations Workspace with the goal of providing a fully functional workspace experience for our users. 

Platform

Application Updates. A set of platform applications were updated to ServiceNow's latest versions. Users may notice minor changes, but no disruptions are expected.
