Submit a ticket requesting a shadow session if you don't already have one open to work on your server. We recommend you request a folder share be created before scheduling a shadow session so you can upload your installation files to the server. This is especially important if you have large install files as you don’t want to spend time waiting for a file transfer to finish during a shadow session. You will NOT be allowed to browse the internet from your server unless it's to test the application/service running on the server.
