You can report issues by sending an email to win-ticket@berkeley.edu.  

You can also call the Campus Shared Services (CSS) phone number at 510-664-9000.  

 

If there is an outage with your service/server, please call the CSS phone number above.  Provide the operator with the name of the server(s) involved and ask that the Windows Team on-call doctor be paged*. 


*The ability to have the on-call doctor paged will be based on the support package (Standard [M-F 9-5] or Extended [24x7]) purchased for the server.
