How can I determine the reason my cart was returned?
When a cart returns to the submitter, the cart history tab includes a return comment. You will need to access the returned cart within the View My Draft Shopping Carts page:
- Select the Shop Menu Icon> My Carts and Orders > View Draft Shopping Cart.
- Returned carts appear within a My Returned Requisitions category. Select the Shopping Cart Name of the cart in question.
- Click the History tab to view an explanation for the return.
Alternatively, use the notification email.
- At the bottom, the notification email includes the comments that explain the return.
- The notification also contains a link to the requisition.
In the cart, make the edits indicated in the comment. Resubmit the requisition.
