If you are at this point, you cannot reset the security code yourself. Please email to ccu@berkeley.edu with the following information:
After you have sent your email, an INCIDENT ticket will be generated and you will receive the incident number. A Telecom CCU representative will reset your voice-mail password (as long as you have given all the information above on your email). When CCU has finished your password reset; they will contact you by email or phone with your new temporary password and then you will move on to the Second Action in the process.
Second Action: Resetting your Voice-Mail password using the temporary password which the Customer Care Unit (CCU) has given you:
Upon completing the first action of requesting and receiving a Voice-Mail password reset, you will be given a temporary password which will only be active for 30 calendar days; if you do not use it within that allotted amount of time, you will need to redo these actions over again.
Now that you have your temporary password given to you from CCU, please follow the steps below to change your Security Code from the temporary one you are provided.
