Users attempting to use the GlobalProtect client on the Berkeley-Visitor and CalVisitor wireless network will see either a "Failed to Connect" or "Invalid Portal" error when attempting to connect to the VPN services.
Users with access to the bSecure Remote Access Service GlobalProtect are also authorized for the UC Berkeley business Wi-Fi networks. fix this error please connect to the eduroam or Berkeley-IoT wireless networks. Berkeley-Visitor is intended to provide a basic wireless service for non-affiliated visitors and is not intended for use by affiliates of the University.
