Overview
The ServiceNow 9.2.0 release is planned for Tuesday, March 10th, 2020, from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Changes
- Service Catalog - Server Licenses and Costs on SAS service request forms have been updated.
- Major Incident - Major Incidents now close after 45 business hrs when in Resolved state.
- Incident Management - Configuration Items (CIs) and locations missing a company are now available on all incidents.
Fixes
- Incident Management - The “Close my Incident” button was not working with some Outlook email clients. This has been fixed.
- Change Management - Approving/Rejecting change requests via email was not working. This has been fixed.
- Platform - Users without a job code in LDAP were getting the job code of "Advising Fellow WOS" within ServiceNow. This has been fixed.
