If you need assistance with managing IT projects, the Technology Program Office (TPO) plans, fosters, and coordinate strategic Information Technology (IT) projects that serve the needs of the campus community. The TPO provides expert project managers who bring together people, processes, and resources to enable successful project outcomes to help:
TPO staff provide consulting services from answering general project management questions to assisting in the development of a project charter, risk analysis, or work schedule.
In partnership with other campus stakeholders, the TPO has developed a basic project management guide and templates that are based upon the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards. The TPO website also provide information about project management training opportunities for campus staff.
You can contact the Technology Program by sending an email to conhaim@berkeley.edu or by calling (510) 643-2255. More information about the TPO's project management services are available at the IT Service Catalog.
