Sharing Reports in ServiceNow

Note: Sharing reports with other users in ServiceNow requires additional permissions for your account. Submit an incident to the ServiceNow Team to request the provisioning of this ability to your account.

Note: It is only possible to share reports with groups of which you are a member.

To share a report:

• If you're working on a new report, make sure you have saved your report first with a meaningful name. Click on Save to save your report and stay on the same page.
• After you have saved your report, click on the triangle next to Save and select Sharing
  
• Select Groups and Users
• Click the magnifying glass and select the group you wish to share the report to. Repeat to share with multiple groups.
• Click Close when you are finished.
