Considerations

Currently, with version EP2 7.5.0261 there is one web client available for end users: Perceptive Experience which is used:

Directly by end users with direct access to Perceptive Content
Non-directly through third party systems, such as BearBuy, CalCentral, etc. In this case, its functionality is limited to view only.

When did this issue start happening?
Does this happen to all users in their unit or only to this specific user?
