Perceptive Experience Limitations

There are some features available in WebNow that are not currently available in Perceptive Experience. See the list below.

Deleting Documents

In Perceptive Experience, you can delete a Page from a document but cannot delete an entire document. The only option is to use the Fat Client to delete the document. Note that you may not have been granted the privilege to Delete Documents. If that is the case, please check with your manager to find out who can Delete Documents.

 This feature will be available in the next release of Perceptive Experience.

Viewing Workflow History

In Perceptive Experience, you cannot view Workflow History. The only option is to use the Fat Client to view Workflow History.

Merging Documents

There are times when separate documents in Perceptive Content should be combined into a single document - this is referred to as Merging. Merging Documents is not currently available in Perceptive Experience. The only option is to use the Fat Client to Merge Documents. Note that you may not have been granted the privilege to Merge Documents. If that is the case, please check with your manager to find out who can Merge Documents.

This feature has not yet been assigned a release schedule.

 Splitting Documents

There are times when a single document in Perceptive Content should be broken out into separate documents - this is referred to as Splitting. Splitting Documents is not currently available in Perceptive Experience. The only option is to use the Fat Client to Split Documents. Note that you may not have been granted the privilege to Split Documents. If that is the case, please check with your manager to find out who can Split Documents.
