Ordering Avaya Workplace for an Existing Avaya Digital Voice Line

Avaya Workplace helps departments to do their work efficiently.  You can keep your assigned phone number and phone set in your office and receive and place VoIP calls from your computer or smartphone while working remotely.  

To add Avaya Workplace to your existing PBX digital line, please submit a Service Request through the Telecom Catalog:

• Due to e911 policies, department administrators cannot add Avaya Workplace for another person. Each person must submit the request themselves to confirm they will not place 911 calls using Avaya Workplace.

•  After the request is fulfilled, you will be sent instructions on how to download and configure the application on your device.
