You can submit your request by sending an email to win-ticket@berkeley.edu.  

Urgent requests for production servers can be escalated by submitting a support request and then call Campus Shared Services (CSS).  Let the CSS representative know the name of the server, support request ticket number, and ask that the Windows team on call doctor be paged.


The ability to make this type of request after normal business hours and on weekends will depend on the support package you selected for your server.  Servers with Extended support may submit this type of request 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Requests for servers with Standard support will be addressed during normal business hours.
