ii) Click Account Settings, and then click Account Settings.

iii) On the Data Files tab, double-click the data file that you want to compact and click Compact Now.

iv) Wait until it is done and click OK.

 v) Repeat for any other data files to be compacted.

4) Once it has compacted, confirm that the .pst is well under the 25GB limit.

5) Check the Outlook folder names and rename any folders that have ^.

6) Run the Google Apps Migration For Microsoft Tool.

7) Put in your Berkeley email address and choose “No, help me sign in.”

8) Authenticate with your Calnet ID and password (Google key if Departmental Account).

9) Choose Allow access.

10) Return to the Tool and make sure it says From .pst file and check Migrate All Data.

11) Browse to the .pst file you wish to migrate, select it, click Open and click Next.

13) Click Migrate and wait.
