How to add preexisting incidents to a Major Incident parent

 

1. Licensed users can go the Major Incident module and select Open

 

 

2. Select the appropriate Major Incident number

 

3. In the gray header bar, select View Workbench

 

4. On the Child Incidents box, select the + sign

 

5. Find the child incidents that you want add to the Major Incident parent by

     a. Known incident number

      b. Using a search filter

  

 

NOTE: Known glitch: when highlighting an incident, you will need to move the right hand scroll bar to the bottom in order to see incident content.

 

 

 

6. Using the arrow buttons, move the appropriate child incidents to the parent and select Save.
